2. How many coupons can I get?

Each Alibaba.com member may receive one coupon during the promotion period (16 November, 2015 at 00:00:00 PST to 31 January, 2016 at 23:59:59 PST).

3. How do I know if I received a coupon and how do I use it?

Winners of the coupon will receive an email notification with their coupon details including the inspection code, applicable inspectors and detailed instructions on how to use the coupon.

4. Who will provide the inspection or testing services?

Inspection or testing services are provided by the following two inspectors:

1. SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co. Ltd.
2. Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Shanghai Co., Ltd.

5. When will the coupon expire?

The coupon is valid from 16 November, 2015 to 29 February, 2016 (both dates inclusive). If the coupon is not used before 29 February, 2016 at 23:59:59 PST, it will become invalid automatically.
